Terms of Trade
Please read our terms and conditions and returns policy before placing an order for any of the products on the web site. By purchasing any of these products you must agree to our terms of trade.
Payment
Unless specifically agreed, all invoices are payable immediately. If invoice terms are agreed with the customer and the balance is not met within the stated payment terms, interest will be charged as per the Consumer Credit Act 1974.
Cancellations
Because every product is custom-made to your specifications, if the order has already been produced, Club-Kit retains the right to solely offer a reprint when seeking to rectify any problem with an order.
A refund will be offered only when an order is cancelled prior to any digital or physical work being undertaken by Club-Kit. If you need to cancel an order you should contact customer services on 0141 647 1258 as soon as possible. Due to the short turnaround times we try to work to, your order may have already gone into production. In the event your order is already in production when you wish to cancel, a cancellation fee will apply.
Copyright
When placing an order with Club-Kit the customer accepts sole responsibility for copyright and the reproduction of images. It is deemed you are the owner/have permission to reproduce artwork files.
Offensive Material
Club-Kit may refuse to print artwork if the content is deemed to be offensive or may incite hatred. In making an order you are deemed to have accepted the above terms and conditions.
Limitation of Liability
Subject to the provisions of consumer protection legislation that cannot be excluded, Totee Ltd trading as Club-Kit accepts no liability arising from the information on this website, or on websites linked from this website, being incorrect, incomplete or misleading. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Club-Kit will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense incurred in or arising by reason of any person relying on the information on this website. Where conditions and warranties implied by law cannot be excluded, Club-Kit limits its liability, where it is entitled to do so, to the resupply of the relevant service and goods, or paying you the cost of that resupply.
